Accessing, browsing and using the Website entails and implies the user’s acceptance of this Legal Notice and, therefore, adherence to the General Terms of Use it contains.
In this regard, a User shall mean any person who accesses, browses, uses or participates in the services and activities, whether free of charge or paid, carried out on the Website.
The purpose of this Legal Notice is to govern access to, browsing and use of the Website; however, independently of it, THE ENTITY may establish specific terms governing the use, purchase and/or contracting of specific products or services that may be offered to Users through the Website.
Before using, purchasing and/or contracting such specific products or services offered by THE ENTITY, the User must carefully read the specific terms drawn up for that purpose, where applicable, by THE ENTITY. The use, purchase and/or contracting of such specific products or services implies acceptance of the specific terms governing them in the version published by THE ENTITY at the time of such use, purchase and/or contracting.
THE ENTITY may also allow third parties to advertise or provide their services, either by inserting links to their respective websites or through banners. In such cases, THE ENTITY shall not be responsible for establishing the general and specific terms applicable to the use, provision or contracting of these services by third parties and, therefore, cannot be held liable for them.
ACCESS
Access to the Website is free of charge. However, where services and/or contents are made available through the Website, offered by THE ENTITY or by third parties, that are subject to prior contracting of the service and/or content and to the payment of a sum of money, the corresponding Specific Terms shall apply, where applicable, which will be made available to the User in advance, in a clear and easily accessible manner.
Access to and browsing of the Website do not require registration; however, access to the booking and/or contracting of certain applications and/or services may require prior registration as a user of this Website’s application, whereby the user will be given a username and password for access.
In this case, the password shall be personal and non-transferable and, should a change be requested, it must be generated by the User in accordance with the strength and complexity rules established by THE ENTITY at any given time.
If the user selects a password that does not meet the minimum requirements of THE ENTITY’s approved and current Password Policy, the user will be notified of this non-compliance and of the conditions the password must meet in order to be valid.
Nevertheless, the Website provides the functionality needed for the User to change their password whenever they deem appropriate, for example, if they suspect or confirm that the confidentiality of the password has been breached.
The username and password pair will give access solely to the information accessible through the Website, and may not be used to access information relating to or belonging to other Users of THE ENTITY’s Website.
The password shall be personal and non-transferable. The User undertakes to use their password diligently and keep it secret, not disclosing it to any third party. Consequently, Users are responsible for the proper safekeeping and confidentiality of any usernames and/or passwords they have chosen as Users of THE ENTITY’s applications, and undertake not to assign their use to third parties, whether temporarily or permanently, nor to allow access to them by outside persons. The User shall be responsible for any unlawful use of the Website by any illegitimate third party using a password as a result of the User’s lack of diligence or loss of the password.
Accordingly, the User must immediately notify the Website managers of any event that allows the misuse of usernames and/or passwords, such as theft, loss or unauthorized access, so that they can be cancelled immediately. Until such events are reported, THE ENTITY shall be exempt from any liability that may arise from the misuse of usernames or passwords by unauthorized third parties.

In any case, it shall be presumed that access to the Website by a minor has been made with the prior express authorization of their parents, guardians or legal representatives.

LINKS
Links to other websites
Should the User find links to other websites on the Website through buttons, links, banners, etc., these are managed by third parties. THE ENTITY has neither the authority nor the human or technical resources to know, control or approve all the information, contents, products or services provided by other websites to which links may be established from the Website.
Consequently, THE ENTITY cannot accept any liability for any aspect of a website to which a link may be established from the Website, specifically, by way of example and without limitation, its operation, access, data, information, files, quality and reliability of its products and services, its own links and/or any of its contents in general.
In this regard, if Users become effectively aware of the unlawfulness of activities carried out through these third-party websites, they must notify THE ENTITY immediately so that the link to that website can be disabled.
The establishment of any type of link from the Website to a third-party website shall not imply any relationship, collaboration or dependency between THE ENTITY and the party responsible for that website.
Links on other websites pointing to the Website
Any User, entity or website wishing to establish any type of link to the Website must comply with the following provisions:
Links may only point to the Home Page of the Website, unless expressly authorized in writing by THE ENTITY.
Links must be absolute and complete, that is, they must take the User, with a single click, to the Website’s own URL and must cover the full screen of the Website’s Home Page. Under no circumstances, unless expressly authorized in writing by THE ENTITY, may the linking website reproduce the Website in any way, include it as part of its own website or within one of its “frames”, or create a “browser” over any of the Website’s pages.
The linking page may not state in any way that THE ENTITY has authorized the link, unless THE ENTITY has expressly done so in writing. If the entity properly linking from its page to the Website wishes to include on its website the trademark, name, trade name, sign, logo, slogan or any other identifying element of THE ENTITY and/or the Website, it must first obtain its express written authorization.
THE ENTITY does not permit, on pages linking to the Website, the partial or total reproduction or the making available of the Contents appearing on the Website.

THE ENTITY accepts no liability whatsoever for any aspect of the website establishing a link to the Website, specifically, by way of example and without limitation, its operation, access, data, information, files, quality and reliability of its products and services, its own links and/or any of its contents in general.
DURATION AND AMENDMENT
THE ENTITY may amend the terms and conditions set out herein, in whole or in part, by publishing any change in the same way this Legal Notice appears or through any type of communication addressed to Users.
This Legal Notice is therefore valid for as long as it is displayed, until it is amended in whole or in part, at which point the amended Legal Notice shall take effect.
Regardless of the provisions of the specific terms, THE ENTITY may terminate, suspend or interrupt access to the website’s contents at any time and without prior notice, with no right on the User’s part to claim any compensation. Following such termination, the prohibitions on the use of the contents set out above in this Legal Notice shall remain in force.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
The headings of the various clauses are for information only and shall not affect, qualify or extend the interpretation of this Legal Notice.
In the event of any discrepancy between this Legal Notice and the specific terms of each specific service, the latter shall prevail.
Should any provision or provisions of this Legal Notice be held null or unenforceable, in whole or in part, by any competent Court, Tribunal or administrative body, such nullity or unenforceability shall not affect the other provisions of this Legal Notice.
THE ENTITY’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision contained in this Legal Notice shall not constitute a waiver thereof, unless acknowledged and agreed in writing by THE ENTITY.
JURISDICTION
The relationship between THE ENTITY and the User shall be governed by the applicable legislation in force regarding governing law and competent jurisdiction. However, where the law allows the parties to submit to a specific jurisdiction, THE ENTITY and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, shall submit any disputes and/or litigation to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid.
